CANCELLATIONS

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.

NEW CLIENTS

A 50% deposit is required for first time bookings. Deposits will be applied to services on the day of your appointment. No credit cards are stored on file for this deposit.

ARRIVALS

Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. If you are running late please call the salon, and we will determine if we can still accommodate the service.

CHILDREN

Please do not leave children unsupervised in the salon area. 

PARKING

Strict parking enforcement by the village is monitored at all times. Please take note of the parking restrictions located in our parking lot. We have 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour spots, as well as a free parking garage located in the Northwest corner of our lot.

Guests 65 years or older may receive a $3 savings on all services.

Military and police may recieve a 10% discount on all services and retail.

Discounts and coupons may not be combined.
